    CheckOut Problem - HELP!

    On the first checkout page I appear to have lost the "Select Invoice Location" heading and fields.
    What remains is just Select Delivery Destination and the fields displayed against this are the Invoice Location fields. I know this because normally, by default the Delivery Destination Field contains "Use Invoice Address" and it now contains "Select Country"

    I don't know when or how I lost this Prompt but recently I have been doing 2 things.
    1. Adding a new Credit Card Processor to the Payment Methods. This has been a fairly smooth and relatively easy operation. Now set up but not live I have returned for the moment to my original settings.
    2. And this may be where the problem started, I tried adding an "Invoice and Payment Before Delivery" payment method with Limited by Location set for both that and Credit Card payments. Whilst setting this up I was having a problem including the USA States which simply would not remain in the "Valid Regions and Location pane after applying the change. Because they were included in the Shipping World Zone set up, the site would not upload without them being included in the Limited by Location set up also. In the end I removed the States from the Shipping set up which seemed to solve the problem of uploading.
    Well, for one reason and another we subsequently abandoned this setup, dropping the second payment method and Limited by Location, returning simply to Credit Card payments across the board.
    Next thing I know the Select Invoice Location heading and fields have disappeared from the first checkout page.
    I tired Importing an earlier snapshot and refreshing the website but the problem persists.
    A rather convoluted error but if anyone can decipher this and help I would really be grateful. I feel a bit alone in the dark!

    This I have just discovered is inaccurate. Select Delivery Destination does have the correct fields against it. So I am just missing the Select Invoice Location heading and fields.

      Check Out Problem

      You know what? This doesn't look like a problem at all. I know that sounds ridiculous after my cry for help, but checkout seems to work fine now.
      Honest! There really was a "Select Invoice Location" title and field!!
      I have been so intent on the other issues over the past few days I guess I must have missed something. I think I need a break!
