    different price per colour

I am selling a product in which the prices vary according to the quantity. I can set this up fine no prob for 1 colour of the product.

However, i have got a bit stuck cause the product also comes in different colours, which also has different prices.

I have set up the different colours but how do i set up the quantity dependent pricing for each colour?

    Thanks

    Good question.

You need to create a component within your main product, and then put your attributes and choices within the component (you may have to temporarily move the attributes to another product whilst you create the component).

Then go into the component, switch to the 'Permuations' tab and click 'Fill List' to list all your colours. Enter a price against each colour in the 'Price' column (this is the same as the price of the product) and then use the 'Prices' grid at the bottom to create quantity-dependent prices for each colour choice.

You will then need to set the 'Pricing Model' within the 'Components' tab of the product to 'Sum of Component Prices'.

      thanks

      Thanks for your help.

I managed to do it in the end and with exactly the same method you suggested. Thanks for confirming this weird method I used is the correct one!
