I would like to have a contact us page on my website complete with form for people to fill in. I have no idea where to start... can someone please help me?

This is a feature of Actinic and will appear as a link in the top menu of your catalog pages. You can modify it if you wish with the Act_ContactUs template.

Thanks Duncan,
I am using my own links as opposed to the header links generated by Actinic. What should I put in the href for the button?
Also if I preview the Act_Contactus.html page offline (I am building my site offline now and will put it on a server when I'm happier with it) is it normal for me to see all the NQV's in the preview... and will these disappear when the site is live? I'm a bit lost here.Comment

You will see NQVs because this page is a generated by a script. Online it will view correctly.
