Import File help

Hi,

I am creating an import file. Some of the products have "multiple choices", eg: Hair Colour ( red, chesnut, blonde, etc) .. I know when you are in actnic it's easy to add these in, but I am not sure what columns I need to add to the import file and what the headings are.

I do want everything to be in the import file as we have written some code for upsales and everything needs to come from this file.

Can anyone help ?

Export the catalog first containing some similar products and then look through it to see the format required. This will be a heirarchial export/import. It looks a bit daunting at first but once you see the format you will be able to follow it.
Make sure you backup your database before importing.
