Strange Image on Store sections List??

Actinic seems to be generating a strange extra piece of image in my left hand section list - see screenshot - any ideas why, how or what I can do to fix it?

On a similar subject how can I get this section list to show only the main sections and not subsections?

Looks like some text within that panel or another one within that whole column is pushing the text past the width assigned to the panel headers, where it looks like the panel header is starting to repeat itself.

Check the text in that column all the way down to see if you have something in there which is pushing it past the width constraints of its width...

I will try and find the text that is doing this or maybe increase the size of the panel?
Any ideas on how to prevent subsections listing as well as the main sections? I guess there must be an option box somewhere that I need to tick/untick?
