    Fragments and Sub Sections

One of my catalog pages is called "Manuka Honey". This page contains links to two subsections ("Tasmanian Manuka" and "New Zealand Manuka") and one fragment (explaining the difference between the two honeys). What I want to do is have the fragment at the top of the page with the links to the two sub sections below the fragment. Some how it is not working and the fragment is below the links. Am I doing something wrong here?

The subsection links are arranged in 2 columns whilst I want the fragment to span across the 2 columns.

    hi

    in manuka honey/layout,
click override default layout settings, and check list placement bottom,
your fragment probably will not change position in the tree but will when viewed...
