    Multiple Sites on one Webspace

I'm having abit of trouble trying to work out how to host two actinics on one webspace. I've got it working but at the moment it requires both of my domains to point to the root of the hosting. Both of the acatalog folders are in different subdirectories (./acatalog & ./designerclothing/acatalog) and all the links to the cgi-bin work. But if I forward the designerclothinguk.com domain to ./designerclothing/ all hell breaks loose and the site doesnt work? how can I get both of them running with one domain (www.zuccionline.com going to the ./acatalog folder) and the other domain (www.designerclothinguk.com going to the ./designerclothing/acatalog) folder?
    Any help is appreciated

Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to do?

It looks like you want to have two domains on your webspace, which is fine if your host is set up to support that. Do you have a seperate cgi-bin for each domain? If so there shouldn't be any problem.

When we moved our site from .com to .co.uk, we had two stores on our webspace in the exact way you're talking about. As Mike says, as long you create another cgi-bin for the second domain, you shouldn't have any problems.

The CGI-Bins are running fine i set up a unique script ID for each one. It's all work but at the moment both domains have to point toward the root directory as not to mess the paths from the cgi bins (the bit you set up in the network setup) but how do I direct one domain to one folder and one domain to the other when they both point to the root?

Our site is running from within a folder of our webspace with the .co.uk domain pointing at that folder, the same as you wish to do with www.designerclothinguk.com. Based on that, you'll have to create a new FTP login which points directly to ./designerclothing/ and try then settings:

          Catalog URL: http://www.designerclothinguk.com/acatalog/
          CGI-BIN URL: http://www.designerclothinguk.com/cgi-bin/
          Codebase: ./
Path From CGI-BIN to acatalog Directory: ../
          Server Host: www.designerclothinguk.com
          Username:
          Password:
          Path to CGI-BIN: /cgi-bin/
Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog Directory as Viewed by the FTP Server: /acatalog/
