How to send batch marketing email from Actinic

Does anyone know how I can send a batch email to all customers of one of my sites? www.bucklesandbows.co.uk

I would like to advertise the January sale but do not know whether there is a straight forward way of doing this.

On the site I have implemented an alternatives to Actinic's contact page which send me a .csv file of all enquiries/brochure requests etc. which I can use as a separate mailing list for potential customers. (people who have not previously ordered)

Is there a way I can automate this from Actinic to include all existing customer email addresses?
I supose I could just export an email list from Actinic but am not sure how to do it - bearing in mind I can only send out to those who have agreed future corespondance. (unless I'm mistaken!!**!*)

Another `thing` that we'd all like that can be done better with a Mole End add-on. Look for Jan in the members list...

You cannot do this from within Actinic, however there are ways of doing this outside of Actinic,

. some email marketing tools will be able to extract the user details from the Actinic database directly,

. you can also use the Actinic export orders command to create a persons file that can be imported into an email marketing tool (be careful with this because the print status of your orders will change - some might move to completed - and you have to do them 130 or so at a time)

. you can use my program to do it (this is the easiest way but not the cheapest). You can find more details and a free trial of my One Stop Marketing program at the URL below :
