    Problem: Changing the state in the delivery address

    We've recently had a customer whose billing address is in one state & his shipping address is in another.

    All goes smoothly with the fields until he is in the shipping screen & clicks "Change" to change his state to the shipping destination.

    This click takes him back to the invoicing screen at the beginning where he originally chose his invoice address state.

    What can we do to make this more clear?

    It does seem that if a customer has complex needs it is harder for them to navigate the shopping cart. :/

    Have a look at the built in help for 'allowing only one address per order' to see if you have set this option. If you have not, the customer should be able to make a selectiont hat will give him/her a second seperate address section for the delivery details.
