Premature end of script headers - ss000001.pl

I'm seeing this error in my error log about 50 times a day:

[Wed Jan 11 14:03:09 2006] [error] [client 192.109.142.2] Premature end of script headers: /www/site/site.de/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl

Any idea what could cause this? The shop works fine, the error seems to be coming up 20% of the time. I have seen this error in the browser, sometimes it comes up and sometimes not.

Permissions are 755 for ss000001.pl

What can cause a script working only 80% of time?
Should I set it to 777?

Perhaps it's a search timing out - try changing the search settings to not highlight searched words.

I never use the site search, so it's something else.

What I also see tons of times every day:

[Mon Jan 9 15:08:11 2006] [error] [client 83.171.159.105] (12)Cannot allocate memory: getgrgid: invalid groupid 764

Is this a memory error which has to do with the server the site is running on?
