HELP !! catologue form

Can anyone help me, i am having problems with our catologue request form, we can get it on the site, but we cant get it to work, any ideas ????

I have another site (non Actinic) that has a formmail setup. It will depend on what your host has available for you to use. In my case 1and1 have Formmail.pl for linux and a different one for windows servers ??.asp (can't remember the name offhand)
So I think you should find out from them what the action="......." should be in your <form> and what they support. In Actinic the contact_us form is in one the pl files mailform or mailscript I think.
