Property Tab Problems

I have set up 6 properties in the options menu and have added them to the code.

I want to overwrite the property on some of the pages.. for example on this page http://www.pet-bliss.com/acatalog/Dog_Collars.html, I want to have one of the text boxes on the right hand side to say something like check out the dog leads on this page http://www.pet-bliss.com/acatalog/Dog_Leads.html

However, when I go into the section Dog Collars in Actinic and click on the Property tab and put some text in for my third text box, nothing happens on preview.

Am i missing something ??

Are you checking "Use as CUSTOMVAR" ?
