Piecemeal Scrolling - Unification Possible?

Actinic uses frames to build web pages. However, these frames have a tendency to scroll individually, which looks messy. Is there any way of preventing this?

easiest solution is not to use frames. Frames are currently deemed bad practice, and search engines don't like them

In Design | Options | Miscellaneous, look under 'Generation Options' and uncheck 'Use Frames in Catalog', also 'No frames in checkout', click on Apply and then check the preview. Else you could choose a clean layout theme and see how you like the feel. I would suggest taking a backup or snapshot before making any changes so that you have something to go back to.
