    SSL on Webfusion / Pipex

Attemting to get Actinic to work on a SSL at webfusion.

Have put the address in 'credit card capture information', user ID, I assume the script ID is that as in the advanced settings (?, 1) and it just goes to...

    https://www.secure-website.com/dhsltd.co.uk/sp000001.pl - no page.

Any ideas? Have spoke to Webfusion and they don't know the answer.

    Thanks, Karl

PS: the website being worked on is http://www.nationalnutrition.co.uk/

In the Payments and Security tab, have you selected SSL and then also entered the settings in the SSL tab in Advanced | Network Setup?

    Kind regards,

      Webfusion SSL

Hi - thanks for reply, but please give us a clue.

There is no SSL tab in the Advanced Network Setup.

      Is this the correct place?

I have logged into the control panel at Webfusion - really stupid question ( I obviously have not done this before, always used Worldpay, or Secpay) but do I need to upload any files such as a payment page?

One last thing - what should the script id be? 1 as on settings?

Have spoker to Webfusion but they were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. If it's not 1 how do I get this information, as they wont or unable to provide this.

Did you read the help in Actinic about how to set up SSL? It clearly tells you how to get an SSL settings tab in Advanced | Network Setup. If you follow the help steps in a methodical way, checking what you are doing as you go along, you will get there much quicker. Back up to post #2 and follow that first.

              Webfusion

I did after the posts above.

Should have been set to SSL and not Shared SSL... Anyway, spoken to Webfusion and you cannot get the ftp details for the secured server, all files must be uploaded via their secure server screen. doh!

Give up now - will speak to client and tell them that will use secure server on Actinic.

              Thanks for the advice.
