Problems with shopping cart

Hi, I wondered if somebody could help me. I've built a site in Actinic and am experiencing problems with the shopping cart.

Basically the orders are going through ok once you click the done button but once this is clicked the button takes you to a blank page instead of to a reciept.

Please could somebody help?

Can we have a url for the website? The 'Done' button appears on the receipt page, clicking done here is supposed to take you to the index of your catalog pages. Once you post a url we will be able to take a look and let you know what can be done.
