Discount structure on multiple products

Hi,

Does Actinic v4 have the ability to offer a discount structure for multiple products purchased?

For example, can a discount be placed on a particular product, when someone orders between 3 and 5 copies they would receive a 5% discount, if they order between 6 and 10 copies they would receive a 10% discount and if they order between 11 and 15 copies they would receive a 15% discount?

If this is possible, would it be a blanket change across all products or can I select which product it would apply to?

If you are on the business version of v4 you can do this using the prices tab as in the example attached..
