Special Delivery Instructions in Customer email

    Hi all,

have been looking for ages how to include any special delivery instructions a customer might type in on the email they receive back. We get a lot of customers who order a personalised gift for some one else but want it delivered to their address. They enter 'deliver to buyer' in the delivery instructions so that we know this. However, the email they get back doesn't include the 'deliver to buyer' and they get quite confused.

Have tried the adv user guide but it doesn't mention delivery instructions, only delivery method.

    Is this possible to do?

Think the advanced user guide tells you how to do this, see this link:-

      Dave,

Many thanks, but as I mentioned the adv user guide doesn't show you how to include delivery instructions only shipping class.

Sorry, clearly never read that properly. Looks untested but give this a try:-

Always a pleasure to help a good cause. I adopted one of your donkeys for my partner this christmas (and last), hopefully Marguerite is doing well and is healthy!

Many thanks for the adoption. Marguerite is doing fine, see her every morning on my way in.

Just upgrading the site to v7 so addressing a few niggly bits that I have been putting off for ages and generally making the site more professional and easier to use. Hope to go live tomorrow.
