Exporting site to laptop?

Hi all, I've just bought a laptop (nice!) and been transferring my sites over to Develper 6 tonight/today fom the desktop machine. I exported a snapshot for each site but when importing, none of my orders are there? All the customers accounts seem fine tho.

Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong as I can't find a post on it.

When you imported the Snaphot there is a popup with 2 tick boxes markes something like "over write orders" or "update orders" or something similar .. make sure both of the boxes are ticked

Help!

OK, so I've finally transferred all the site to the laptop but... trying a refresh/upload I'm getting Network problems. error message is giving me a 'Timeout' so this means the scripts don't work and nobody can log-in or buy?

Can anyone please give me advice.

Havig imported the snapshot the new site has now become Site 1 in the laptop. This is driving me mad as also, I can't seem to network my pc's together either!!

Open Actinic on your main computer and laptop. Click Housekeeping | Security and copy all the information you see there.

To network the PCs - if you PM me with detailsof the equipment you have, I can get you sorted.
