link to subheading in terms and conditions

I would like to link from my homepage directly to a subheading within the Terms and Conditions. How do I go about doing that? I am using the Terms and Conditions as they are generated by Actinic (ie. not a custom brochure page). Thanks

The Terms & conditions are brought in by a variable called NETQUOTEVAR:INFOPANELS which then displays the Info page depending on what you have chosen in Design | Options | Miscellaneous. If you had chosen "T&C on seperate Catalog pages" then the URL will be something like http://localhost/acatalog/info.html. You will not be able to link to a specific Sub heading, only point them to the general T&C page.
