No authorization code

How do you bring up a request for customer's card 'security code' in the payment section? It is there once an order's retrieved but I can't find it anywhere in templates or on the site.

In Business Settings | Payment and Security, highlight the payment method "Credit Card" and then click on 'Configure Method', this will bring up a window that will have the credit cards accepted and you can choose the options you want to make required.
