HSBC PSP Problems

I have aproblem when i try to put an order through my HSBC PSP


the error i get is "Transaction was rejected by HSBC. Message:
The transaction failed because of invalid input data"

has anybody experience this before

i just did further checks using my card and the processing works when the psp runs in test mode but not when is in actual.

however i checked at my psp order handling page and i can see the order has gone through "no test mentioned"

Have you activated the live payments with HSBC?

You may have to call up HSBC as Rural Webb suggested and ask them to activate online / live payment.
