    Lost Orders

    I recently upgraded to v7 for my client. They then went and attempted to download the orders using version 6. This produced an order with no products! Is there a way to transfer these to v7 for printing?

    Could you be a bit more specific please... The only way to be able to transfer this order over is via a snapshot or by copying over the information from the Order Table in the Database to the v7 Database. Else you can get them to create an offline order for the same in v7 and process it.
