Server scripts incompatible - help please.

When I try to download orders, this error appears

The server scripts are incompatible with this version of Actinic. Please refresh the website. If order processing is split from website maintenance then the two copies of actinic must be upgraded to the same version. If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again. server version 7 FEVA client version 7 FJBA


So I did the refresh website and the same thing still happens.

What should I do to remedy this little hiccough....

Try the `purge and refresh` option I think.

will the orders that I have not yet downloaded still be there afterwards?

ftp to the site and download files in the /acatalog/ folder that end with .ord so you can reinstate afterwards
