Smart Theme Side Bars

I've had Actinic for a few days now and I'm putting a site together using the theme above. In the layout of the home page and the catalogue sections I've used the 'sidebar down left hand side' option.....but cannot seem to achieve the same result in the 'site map' and 'terms and conditions' pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and please excuse my ignorance

Okay.......sort of sorted it through DW. Just curious as to why I could not do this via Actinic? Or maybe you can and I've just not located the option......probably the case
