Text to right of "Online Catalog" Logo??

I would like to enter some text, on the top right beside the "Online Catalog" logo of my site /acatalog pages. This is probably basic, and i have tried searching within the community pages under different terms. No Success..

Any ideas how to go about this? This is to be applied to Catalog V7. Also ai'm a bit of a newbie so simple instructions would be great

Edit Act_Primary.html

If you go to Design | Options | Layouts
and click edit button next to Default Overall Layout, this will open in probably in notepad, if not use an HTML Editor and open the file directly.
