Contact Form

Sorry, I've spent the last hour re-reading old threads and I can't seem to find the answer. All I want is to be able to add a contact form to my website, so that people can register for our mail order catalogue without having to buy.

I've read about the contact us form, but I can't find where I can activate this.

Using v7 catalog.

It should automatically enable once you assign an smtp server address, localhost or as advised by your hosting provider and an email address within the business settings...

Have you uploaded the site, which might be another element to it.

The link is already on your site on the product pages (although it seems to be hard coded on brochure pages to a different page). Check it here:-

Doh! OK, thanks for that.

Now, How can I get that form into the left hand column so that it always appears and as people browse they can click and ask for more details.

You would have to add it into the side bar by editing Act_BrochurePrimary.html for the Brochure pages, Act_Primary.html for the Catalog Pages and Act_PrimaryCheckout.html for the checkout pages.
