Clearing discount coupons

We have implemented discount coupons which can be entered in the shopping cart. However, we often place orders through our own website online for customers who phone with an order, or email saying "same again please". Once we have placed an order using a particular discount code, is there an easy way (type something into the code box?) of placing a new order with no discount? Short of deleting all cookies (which I don't actually want to do), I can't get rid of the previous code!! I tried creating a code which gave no discount, but this doesn't seem to be possible. The easiest possible thing I can think of would be to uncheck the 'Remember me' flag on checkout so that when you return it does not bring up your information because you have not checked the option.
