Hi
I'm currently upgrading to v7.05 business. We use Protx as a PSP solution so bounce off there after Act_order02 and the protx bounce page.
Imagine my joy when I saw that Actinic had put a terms and conditions check on Act_order01. Previously I had used a user definable field on Act_02 to get customers to tick for t&cs. This made some use of Act_02 which for a user who did not want a delivery to an alternative address really didn't have much point (except to put another page in the way and reduce our transition rate).
However it appears that Act_order02 still cannot be bypassed by a customer not wanting an alternative delivery address.
Am I missing something?
Surely Actinic took the opportunity to go straight to the bounce page?
If not what can I do to make Act_order02 relevant to the customer journey?
Is there a way of auto populating it with the invoice address details the customer has entered on Act_order01 and ensuring they are accurate and maintained if the customer goes back and changes something?
Thanks
Mark
