    Errors

    Hi there:

I had to upgrade our computer and now I have two problems. We are running version 4.

    1. When I import my catalog, I get the following errors:

Line 34: Field 7 had extra characters after the closing string double quote. The extra characters were ignored.
Line 34: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 8.
Line 35: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 36: Field 0 had extra characters after the closing string double quote. The extra characters were ignored.
Line 36: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 37: Field 0 had extra characters after the closing string double quote. The extra characters were ignored.
Line 37: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 38: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 39: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 40: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 41: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 42: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 43: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 44: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 45: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 1.
Line 46: Wrong number of fields. Expected 30 but got 23.

    2. Before I upgraded our harddrive and had to re-install, our site was working great. The home page had a little logo to enter the store and then the next page which had the various categories set up (linked). But now if I use act_SectionLine, the second page is correct. If I use act_SectionLine1.html, then my second page is wrong and my first page is almost right. I have just copied the site over, what am I doing wrong?

    Iris,

I would suggest raising an email ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm as I guess we will need to see a snapshot to determine what is happening.

    Kind regards,
