Fragment editing

Hi,

I've created a fragment within a section that is located underneath the top breadcrumb trail and above the list of subsections. I understand how to edit the layout of the fragment, but I would like to know how I (A) remove the <HR> that appears below the fragment and (B) how I adjust the space above and below this fragment.

Not at an Actinic PC at the moment but think the fragments <hr> are possibly being controlled by the Act_ProductSeperator.html (or something like that)
