Error on downloading orders

I have upgraded the new version of actinic onto a site that I made a few weeks ago.
When I try to download orders it gives me this error and wont download the orders on it

"the server scripts are incompatible with this version of actinic. refresh the website
If order processing is split from web sit maintenence then the two copies of actinic must be upgraded to the same version
if this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original sub-directory & try again
Original version "7EGSA" client version ="7FBA" "
Any ideas?

Yep.
No orders can be downloaded System jammed

If you have tried a full "update" and not just a "refresh" then FTP to the site and download (or move to a safe area on the webserver) any .ORD files and then do a full "purge and refresh" (Help | Troubleshooting | Support Tools) and copy the .ORD files back in place to download.
