    Ship to Version 5

This is a comment from a customer:

I tried to order some parrot toys online and have it
shipped to my work address (it's a pain to get
    packages at my apartment).

When I clicked the ship to a different address button,
it only seemed to take me back to the invoice address
    page.

    Actinic support wrote back:

To enable shipping to a seperate address go to Design | Text | checkout
    tab
    | invoice address tab

make sure "If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the
invoice address, check this box." is checked

This will allow the seperate deliver address on the order form.

Make sure you have tax set to "by delivery address" in veiw | business
    settings | tax

We did this - our web host did this. The problem still exists. When a customer hits "ship to" (an alternate address) actinic takes them back to the invoice.

The way it works is there is a check box on the first page of the checkout which you can tick if you are going to be shipping to a different address than the invoice address. You can enable this box and edit the wordingin 'Design | Text | Checkout | Invoice Address'.

Then when people have entered an invoice address and clicked 'Next' they will be able to enter a separate delivery address.
