export completed orders

is there anyway you can export a backup of just the completed orders, rather than the whole site? so that i can delete the orders from the completed tab but import them if i need them again (to reprint invoice etc)

I have tried the 'ReExport to files' but the file it creates seems very unusable, i basically want to keep the orders as they are, but remove them from actinic.

can anyone help?

Hi, the only thing I can suggest is backup your orders & delete them from the completed and do another backup on a daily basis. You can then restore whichever one you want to to reprints. An easier way is if you had a 2nd pc to restore to. Hope this helps.

The best thing to do would be to make a backup of ActinicCatalog.mdb when you need to delete orders. The Database houses all information on Actinic and can be found at C:\program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ .
