Editing email templates

Hi I have searched for threads on this but can't seem to find any. I want to edit the emails that actinic sends as order confirmations etc. as they currently look a little messy - does anyone know where these are and how I get to them? I'm sure it's very simple! Also can you add new email templates that inform the customer when their item has been shipped etc.

If you go to advanced / template manager, you can edit them from their, make sure that you are using the traditional view (grey with tabs, rather than looking rather looking a little bit like a web page - click on change view if you have the wrong one) and then select the miscellanous tab, the emails will all be there for you to change.
