Using Attributes and Choices

Hi,

Our shop sells clothing, so for each product there are a number of Attributes such as Size, Colour etc. Then within each Attribute there are a number of Choices; e.g. sizes consist of Small, Medium, Large etc and Colours consist of Blue, Orange, Black etc. When I download my orders non of this information is shown in the order. Does anyone have any idea why?

Do you have a component which heads all of the attributes and choices - might be a daft question, but just checking..

No, I haven't got a component in there for each. I'll give that a go, thanks.

You don't need a component, our site is using attributes similar to you without a component. Strange - do you see the choices in the basket and at checkout?
