worldpay problems

I have set up worlpay as my payment provider with actinic version 7

The order process goes fine, the payment goes through fine with worldpay, but when I download the orders their is no record of the payment being made

any ideas?

update:
I have checked on worldpay sites and the payment has gone through fine but the information from the worlpay server is not being passed back to actinic

This callback failure means we were unable to pass information

I guess this is what is causing the problem ?

I would go through the email that WP sent you on what to need to do to configure Actinic to take WP payments.

I would guess that there in something in that email that you have failled to do
