    Past Order End Date

    I am Having Problems Downloading Orders From My Secure Server. I Keep Getting The Error Message 'past Order Date End'

    Have you recently upgraded your software? This error usually happens when there are old orders from another version that you are trying to download.

      I'm getting this error too.
      This has just started after a fresh Actinic install on a clients PC
      Actinic version is the same as previous install.

      Any suggestions?

        Have you tried doing a purge and refresh on the site?

          The client has tried purging the order history, and the site was refreshed very very recently.

          No change I'm afraid

            Jake,

            Try this and let me know how it goes. Go into Housekeeping | Security and check the 'Username' and 'Password' fields. Change the password by adding an additional character to the existing bit and then refresh the site. Once done try downloading the orders to see if this happens. Were you placing a lot of test oders to check functionality, perhaps orders that were not immediately downloaded to the site since it was only a test? This too is a prime source for that sort of an issue.
