Downloading Orders

Is it possible for orders to be sent to a different person, in a different location, for processing.

I currently have everything set up on one PC (mine), however, if I need/want to go away, none of my orders are processed as I have to literally click the button to download the info from my site to my back office.

I would like to have the option to be able to allow someone else to download the orders to their PC (different location) and process the orders on my behalf if I want to go away.

Is this possible?

The only way to do this would be to instal Actinic on their PC and import a snapshot, they can then download and process orders. When you are ready to take back control do a snapshot from their PC and transfer it back to yours - remember to select "overwrite orders in target location" when importing the site so that any new order details are imported.

Could you use something like VNC to access the computer from another location?

Search VNC in Google
