actinic crashing

I am trying to download orders, but actinic keeps crashing (program won't respond).
I can't seem to access the site either - does this mean the servers down?

Is there anything worth trying from my end?

If all has been working correctly until these problems and you have made no major changes then it is more than likely your server - give it a couple of hours and try again. You could also check with your host to see if there is a problem, most have a server status page.

Ive just checked your website and it is down, so it is definately as server problem.

No, no changes everything was fine...
Have emailed the hosting company but it will be tomorrow before they back to me now
No service indicator either.
Will have to wait and see, I'm not good at patience:
