Catalog Order Received

Please help, I am not receiving e-mails as the customer completes the order.

Yesterday I received 3 e-mails telling me I had one order.

At 7.39 this morning I received two more e-mails for orders placed at 22.52pm last night, one of these was a payment through Paypal, when I check my paypal account the money is there but I have not received notification.

I have not changed any settings and appear to be receiving other e-mails OK.

This happens often with paypal - I would say its them and not actinic, tomorrow it will be fine.

But what about the notification from actinic because 2 out ot the 3 orders were not paypal and all were very late notifications from actinic

It may well be your mail server playing up.
