Duplicate Products in Basket

Hey guys

I am duplicating products (using "new duplicate product") in order to link with sage line 50.

When you add one of these products to the basket and then view it the name of the product appears as a hyperlink which when clicked should go to the origanal product. however i have all these products hidden on the web. how can i make it so the name is not a hyperlink in the basket?
