Runtime error

I am getting an error saying: A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line:112, Error 'sectiontree' is undefined.

I can't seem to stop this error even when I have the section lists set to none.

Sounds as though you have the code to dispaly the section tree in your Act_Primary.html template body, but you have removed the javascript that generates the YahooSections from the head area of the template.

Either remove the references to sectiontree in the body, or put the javascript back in the head.
