    Email not arriving.

I have got the SMTP details from the host that has the shop on there servers but the emails are still not arriving, I have checked that there is a valid email address and that the tick is against "Send me an email........"

Any other ideas why no email is arriving when an order has been made?

I have been experiencing e-mail problems but have not had a reply to explain why. Have you been receiving orders but only had the e-mail notification several hours later? This has been my problem.

      Hi there,

In order to get more information, please open Actinic, go to 'Advanced | Network Setup' and click 'Test'.

Also, you could check your server error log by typing something similar on your browser

      Code:
      http://www.mywebsiteurl/acatalog/error.err
      Cheers,

the problem is that the site is not hosted with our company and so communications are slow.

The orders are coming in to Actinic but we are not getting an email to say the order has been made.
