I have just checked:

And basically my Footer text is appearing above my header text.

I have reviewed my Act_Primary.html, and it looks right, (ie the NETQUOTEVARHEADER and NETQUOTEVARFOOTER are where they should be).

I have refreshed...

So what do I do next

I can't say for sure but it sounds like you might have messed up a table cell somewhere. Anything like text that isn't properly contained within a table cell (i.e. <TD>Text here</td> ) will be displayed by the browser above all the content of the table.

If you've recently been editing some of the templates then I'd go back and make sure I hadn't messed up somewhere.

This is my NETQUOTEVARFOOTER text, if you look at a section like DVDs, its at the bottom of the page, you click on an individual product and it jumps to the top.

AltPrimary.html looks OK, but are the product pages managed by a different file?

Mike hit it on the head - the table tags are broken. If you do view source freon the web browser and search for 'you can pay' you can see the table closing tags </td></tr></table> - but look upward toward the beginning of the file - where are the opening tags?

Try adding a <TR><TD> pair after the CLOSE UPSELL SCRIPT line and if that does not help, you might need to go back to a virgin Act_Primary and put the upsell code back in.
