Hi all,
I'm running Catalog 7.0.1 and yesterday uploaded without incident. Website runs normally except any search brings up "Error reading the word index. The search indices are corrupt".
Previous posts suggest "Help > Troubleshooting > Website Purge and Refresh, then tick Delete .cat and .fil" . Well, sadly, there ain't no such animal on my Actinic (and I've really looked!) Maybe v7.0.5 ?
I've tried directly uploading by FTP all .cat and .fil files but problem persists.
I'm trying to avoid a full Site Refresh as this takes hours (even over fast broadband) as we have thousands of jpeg files which are automatically and unecessarily refreshed as well. (This is one of my bugbears, that Actinic don't let you choose what to Refresh, or enable jpegs to be stored in a subdirectory on server, but this is by-the-by).
Is there anything else I can do - maybe a few more files to upload or a script to run?
