Special Delivery Instructions

Hi,

I am new to Actinic so apologies if this is a silly question.

I have been editing some of the text on my checkout pages via Design | Text and this has worked fine on the invoice address, delivery address and general incormation tabs. However, I don't have any "Show" or "Required" checkboxes on the Shipping & Tax or Receipt tabs.

I wanted to use the "Special delivery instructions" field but this is on the Shipping & Tax tab so I can't seem to show it on my site.

Anyone know why I can't show these fields?

Hi Claire,

This issue arises when the shipping is set based on 'Weight' and no weight is specified for a product, or when the shipping is set to free. Only then the 'special delivery instructions' will not appear in the invoice address page when we checkout. There is a work around for it, please check the following link:
