How do you remove this text?

    Hello all.
Anyone know how you remove this text? (see attached). I don't know what to properly refer to it as so have not had any joy searching for a solution.

I've often wondered of these have any credit in a search engine sense? As it that there's often an extra four links (or more) within a page.

        Many thanks, that's it!

Also, George, that is a very good point. Anyone know if it is a valid one?

I think that they do. The section headings generaly contain your keywords so the fact that they apear in the first and last parts of your body text and that they are links can do no harm.
