Actinic to Quickbooks Link Setup

Hi There

We have just upgraded to Actinic Business (v7) and have purchased Quickbooks Pro (having previously used a spreadsheet only!).

I am trying to setup the link, but every time I try to import into Quickbooks I get the message:

Error on Line 10: Can't record invalid transaction

When I look at the export file in Excel line 10 just has "ENDTRNS"

Please can someone help me get past this!

Not an expert on this by any means but the only reference I could find by searching the site suggests that a " in the product description could cause a problem. Does this apply here?

I think I have sorted it out now - I had Internet Shopper instead of Internet Customer in one of the link fields.
