Sharing Actinic software on a network

Hope someone has an idea on this one. We currently run v7 of Actinic on a 'back office' PC using it for uploads/downloads. This PC is connected to three others via a private LAN. Since v7 has the facility to accept off-line orders I would like these orders to be inputted from any of the three PC's, is this possible?.
Alternatively, it would also be useful for any of the three PC's to have access to the order information contained on the back office PC, is this possible?
We are running XP home.

If that is all you wanted to do, it is easily achieved (and FREE!) by just getting whoever is using the three PC's to place the orders via your live website.

Bringing that into the equation your going to have to spend a fair amount on software, either from Actinic or Microsoft.
