Special Delivery Instructions

Hello

Sorry if this seems a daft question, I am new to actinic and have not found my way round all of the options yet.

I have set up shipping and handling to allow only UK and Ireland and using the relevant options made all delivery free - i.e. user has to select uk or ireland but no delivery charge is made.

However, my special delivery istructions box now seems to be missing from my cart...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This issue arises when the shipping is set based on 'Weight' and no weight is specified for a product, or when the shipping is set to free. Only then the 'special delivery instructions' will not appear in the invoice address page when we checkout. There is a work around for it, please check the following link:
